Rifle Housing Authority was established in 1979 and was designed to provide affordable rental apartments for seniors and disabled residents.  Our goal is simple, we want our residents to be happy, safe, secure and live in a beautiful environment.  We offer church services, a community garden, 2 floor plans and are on the same block as the Senior center.  We try to do a pretty good job and our residents would agree.

 

We are located in Rifle Colorado about three hours west of Denver and one hour east of Grand Junction.  We have 60 apartments that offer HUD rental assistance/Section 8 and 46 apartments that are affordable housing.  We are a smoke free property.  Our apartments are one bedroom/one bath, no stairs or steps and some offer small patios.  To be eligible for tenancy you must me at least 62 years old or disabled.
